More About LH Pro Fitness

I have had the pleasure to work with high performance track athletes, basketball and rugby players, swimmers and triathletes. I have been privileged to have played professional football, and work for one of Europe’s top premiership football clubs for more than 14 years. Ensuring that finely tuned athletes remained injury free and conditioned for the day-to-day rigors of training and most importantly perform at their optimal best each game.
Previously I have given seminars to high performance rowers and swimmers who have represented their respective countries at major international competitions including the Olympic games (London 2012).
I firmly believe that physiological assessments and testing combined with the appropriate strength and conditioning programme removes the guesswork often associated in some sports with athletes and coaches. A science to practice framework clearly assists the coach and athlete to define subjectively from the outset the process to implement and plan for future competitions and events, aiming to find the marginal gains to be successful through tried and tested physiological testing.
